As a certified personal trainer, I recognize the difficulty of being committed to ineffective exercises and diets while feeling fatigue and seeing little to no results. The answer to achieving these results from exercising is based upon your unique anatomy, kinetic chain, and it’s current ability to perform different exercises.
Your occupation and lifestyle is also an important factor and will determine your overall program schedule. For example, sedentary individuals who, spend majority of their day sitting at a desk will not be recommended for exercises involving constant sitting such as bike riding, as it consists of the same siting posture, leading to postural imbalance
and discomfort in areas of the back.

Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I am competent in the science and routines needed to transform one's body. As it relates to assisting others, I have a bachelors degree in Human Service and a pending graduates degree in Psychology. I decided to peruse a certification in personal training once I experienced the positive effects of being physically healthy. I wanted others to experiences the motivation, energy, confidence that came with living a healthy lifestyle.
For me, being physically active allows me to breathe, think, and maneuver more efficiently.
Today, I am a firm believer that having a healthy mind is just as important as having a healthy body.
I love what I do and witnessing my clients reach goals they once thought were impossible is a heart whelming and rewarding feeling.

What makes Brandi different from other trainers is that she considered my ability to perform. I just had a baby and I was very out of shape and weak when we started working together.
